I do have one concerning question that I have not been able to get past since Mini posted the chart for the LUX Fund. Based on the fact that the Vietnam government has a 15% interest in this endeavor, how in the world do we not have reliable local partners? 1) I am sure the government would point us toward reliable partners. 2) (considering most East Asian governments are not totally above board) Wouldn’t the Vietnam government hold any partners that don’t come through to account in a disproportionate way? 3) I have never seen any information on how our local Vietnam partners are vetted. Any insights on this topic would be greatly appreciated! GO PHIL!
