You could be right however I believe that most of Docs frustration stems from national and international negotiations. Very possible that they are negotiations with partners. As for regulations it makes me think of the Israeli governments tight regulations on export of medical cannabis. That is negotiable as opposed to senate, SEC or FDA which is not a negotiation. Doc did tell me we are not depending on any government or bureaucracy and it is all about who you know so I must believe that to be true. We shall soon see imo.
