I'd bet dollars to donuts that it's not January. There was very little chance that it was ever going to be January. I have no idea why he continues to over promise and under deliver on timelines. What's the harm in just saying we'll have enough patients and data in Feb/March to submit? As long as we get there, ok, but I've been around long enough to know you just have to accept Nader-speak when it comes to time frames. Multiply Nader's stated timeline by 2.5 and you have the real answer.
