Investor - I am not sure how many patients they want to have before applying,
recently Dr NP said couple of times that with those results in our two patients he believe he can apply for BTD ,
and even during last Proactive interview couple of days ago , he said that most probably BTD will be submitted in January.
Good chance he is in contact with FDA and is given advise by them .
But IMO as always.
