Here is just an update on where the share structure is right now:
This was confirmed today also that no shares have been added recently:
39,301,323 Issued
13,729,024 Restricted
25,572,299 Float
The float is the tradeable amount but we have 1 individual that filed a Form 4 filing stating he and the company he is CEO of, Sylios, owns 5,647,058 shares himself and Sylios owns 628,476 shares. There is no other Form 4 since Dec 2, 2019 so you can assume he still owns them. It is a significant amount of shares when considering the total float number of 25,572,299.
If you make the assumption he is not sell, the past only saw 2 Form 4's the entire last year, then you can deduct that amount shares from the daily tradeable float which leave a deducted float of 19,296,765. That is it. A float less than 20,000,000 and GCAN traded almost 1 million shares alone today.
