Nothing is going to happen until GC catches up on the delinquent 10Q filings(almost 1 year now)
Ist things first.. If there is any hope or heartbeat the filings need to be done.
If not then the OTC will delist COTE to the Grey sheets.
Need to see some filings. they do not need to be audited.
