If you think about it, we are where we deserve to be, maybe higher. An awful lot was planned for 2019. The PPS ran up on those expectations. Even though some deals were made it wasn't anywhere near the number or quality of what I expected. The Veneto deal was supposed to be revenue producing to the extent of $1B in another 6 months has been a complete failure. To date anyway. The second big bait fish was the Generex NAZ uplisting. Failure for 2019. Third big bait fish was free NGIO shares, spin off and trading. Another 2019 failure.

Now we have more shares coming into the market for which there does not seem to be a lot of appetite to own. It will be something if we make this dividend and subsequently don't trade down to 30 cents. That is where we started this crazy ride from. Worse case is probably a dime if the S-1 gets "denied".

Plus we have a rocket attack now. We can blame geopolitics and "the market".
