I don't posses the necessary info to speak too intelligently about a buyout value, but seems like many put a franchise with Brilacidin's potential in the Billions. However, something 'big' to me would also include a 'partial buyout', or better put: an additional licensing/partnering agreement. Not needing additional staff or a large office space also supports the idea that resources from another pharma company will be used for further development. I imagine Leo still has the ultimate goal of going the distance for greatest shareholder value.
