Another 40M today - so far.
Could be:
1 - Those discounted shares bought in 2019 and being sold for 100%+ profit.
2 - Flippers buying a bunch for a couple tick (quick) flip
3 - New Year buying - maybe with 2019 profits
4 - Somebody knows something good is possible - SOON
4A - A lot of people at insurance companies; testing agencies; SB family/friends may know more than we do and the low PPS looks like low risk
