I agree guru that these emergency patients may not show zero CTCs....or it will likely take longer than 5-8 weeks to get there as their CTCs levels are likely significantly higher than a naive patient. I still think that it will get much lower (under the <5/7.5 mL level), but depending on their progression and levels and whether 700mg of leronlimab is enough to act fast enough to slow and stop the cancer from spreading further. Improvements are likely, but at certain points, even improvements may not always be successful (i.e. only 50% of mice survived).

I do hope they modify the IND to support the CTC data and/or any other relevant data that will support leronlimab results.
