Fortuno - CTC is an earliest , and most easy test to follow , this is why it is VERY important, with treatment and prognosis ,
Base on that test treatment might be change or adjust if needed sooner ...
But the most important all together later are MRI and scans showing cancers shrinking or disappearing ...but for this it usually take longer time to see.
What we see here , how soon this happening is very unusual ,
I actually never saw in medicine that fast results with the most deadly cancers ....
IMO as always.
