The manipulation on this stock must be because there are some people really nervous about their short positions because not many people own shares at these price levels. They would be selling at a loss. Look at this:

We just had CDEL sitting with an order of 60,271 shares. No problem.
Suddenly PAUL shows up with an order for 39,729 shares which makes it EXACTLY 100,000 shares.

This is getting so obvious now.

This has EMET written all over it.
