The word was obviously that Henry was in Luxembourg and now back in Vietnam. Has anyone heard what or how the Luxembourg trip went. Were the new Vietnamese partners approved contingent that they come up with the appropriate funds? Is there a deadline where the Luxembourg fund gets totally shutdown if the criteria is not met?
