I don't believe we were promised anything. All the time we were told that we where waiting on the FDA to tell us what dosage was the one we would be applying for.
NP offered his best estimation as of when based on his best assumptions of FDA response based on his interaction with them.
The delays are (this time) completely on the FDA.
