Hate to break it to ya Disco Bob, but if you'd followed my previous suggestion and gotten a PACER account, you'd know by now that Foley not only now "claims" to be but a scorned employee owed a ton of unpaid money by NTEK (and this is just salary, not all of those other claimed "loan" amounts), but he also now is proceeding Pro Se (as his own attorney) in his SEC case after stating he can't afford representation.
Which is but one reason why both NTEK and NTGL folded with consent in the SEC matter, as to continue they would either have to be represented by actual sanctioned (and paid) counsel or otherwise default in the case, as corporations can't be represented by individuals not sanctioned by the court.
Foley is now trying to claim he is penniless and but a victim as an employee of the NTEK scam. Unfortunately for him, his brother Jeff, Bennie his former promoter and the broker River North have all thrown him completely under the proverbial bus - all of them claiming that they merely helped facilitate the scam as unwitting victims of the NTEK charade which was at all times orchestrated by Foley.
Also, not sure if you read the consent declaration, but if you think for a second you'll ever hear a peep from Foley on the NTEK front (let alone an annual letter to shareholders by anyone going forward), you've missed the plot entirely.
