Math for the dividend below. I'm sure Method 1 is what the company intends, however they need to make sure Broadridge understands that and doesn't accidentally do Method 2:
Method 1: Simultaneous GNBT and NGIO:
10,000 GNBT shares to begin
10,000 X 1.4 = 14,000 GNBT shares
10,000 X .4 = 4000 NGIO shares
Method 2: GNBT first, then NGIO
10,000 GNBT shares to begin
10,000 X 1.4 = 14,000 GNBT shares
14,000 X .4 = 5,600 NGIO shares
