I’m assuming the misspelling above and uninformed statement from your post is a reference to Martin Shkreli and not his “Corp”, but Vyera Pharmaceuticals. As many board members have pointed out, Shkreli is a private shareholder of Vyera and has no official position in the company. Yes, at one point Shkreli was employed at Vyera and made questionable decisions, but he is not anymore and the company has distanced themselves from him. NP said himself that CYDY did DD into Vyera and felt confident in the company’s ability to bring leronlimab to the U.S. market for HIV.
