Yes, even at 60k a year looks like it would be cheaper if mono is approved. Hopefully they can lower that and still squeeze out profits. Even at 10k per patient profit, 10k patients yields 100M. It would be interesting to see what they have estimated for 45k price vs 60k price, you know it has been heavily discussed.
