Someone exercised their warrants & converted them to stock.
They wanted to do that before they expired. Either they plan to
keep the shares cuz they know they'll appreciate .... or they
plan to sell them at some point. Hopefully they just plan to hold 'em.
Either way, I'm assuming they know the SP is about to rise.
