Thank you very much your post. It was very comforting to see a reasoned response to the ranting and raving that I was totally surprised to see from our CEO. There was need for that. What is needed is honest responses to reasoned and thoughtout questions.
It looks like we are headed down the right path starting first with the dividend next week. Nothing will happen until the S-1 is approved and the $40million is provided to the company. At that point, all business operations can move forward including the purchase of Altucell and the NGIO spinoff which requires funding to be a "going concern".
Hopefully FINRA will respond early next week to confirm the dividend so that can be paid as of the end of next week.
I don't need to have any conference calls or board postings from the company. If there is anything of value for all of the investors it should be posted as a press release so that all the investors can receive the same information.
