The reason why "they still have not protected them" with the SFOR shield is the effective date of the Air Force phase one procurement contract. The Air Force was the first military branch to order it in the last qtr. of the last Federal FY. That finally got our defensive software in the GSA system. Now the other branches and Government
Departments/Agencies can order it. This latest incident gives them motivation to do so IMHO.
