I could be wrong, but I don't think they can selectively start releasing filings if there is something on the books that he does not want public. If he has been doing some CBD business or whatever since the summer he can't get current with just HRI and PPSI filings. He would have to file ALL business financials wouldn't he? Granted, I am just a computer programmer and I don't really know about these things.
