Thanks for the info. I believe that the SEC settled with JF for a total of approximately $4.2 Mil including interest. Unless I am mistaken, the amount that would be considered for redistribution back to the shareholders is approximately half of that amount. Not sure exactly the formula they would use for the calculations, but I would assume they divide the total $ amount available for distribution by the number of common shares outstanding at the time.
Example: $2,000,000/150,000,000 = $0.0133
Ironically, this time around, some of us were able to buy shares for close to half the above amount.
