Gran Tierra Energy Director Brooke Wade Buys USD750,000 In Shares

(Alliance News) - Gran Tierra Energy Inc on Monday said that Director Brooke Wade bought more than USD750,000 worth of shares last week.
Wade Capital Corp, a private investment firm that Wade runs, bought 122,200 Gran Tierra shares at an average price of USD1.26 per share on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Friday, having purchased 483,800 shares at USD1.24 on Tuesday.
The oil and gas exploration and production company focused on Colombia and Ecuador didn't provide Wade's total holding following the recent purchases.
Gran Tierra Energy shares were trading 4.8% lower at USD1.20 on Monday morning.
