You have to call in with E-Trade. This is due to corporate action, verified by several on this board. I have a close friend who has to call every time he adds. he opened a TD account just so he didn't have to call.
You can go on Dr. David Dalton's twitter or LinkedIn site and scroll through the last 6 months.
That would be a good start.
The company went dark on purpose, hence you won't get much information on internet searches.
