Another issue
You have US physician spending 8-12 years in school plus the cost. Some 16 years for specialize medicine.
While most foreign physicians do it in 4-6 and then get a sponsor for a 2 year internship in the US and write the boards. Then they get a Green Card and stay in the US. I know RN's with more education than some of these people.
