have some fairly good model
You just can't have runaway costs and there are way to many white collars managing the health system getting paid way to much.
You also can't have runaway abuser's of the system
Healthcare should not be a for profit. IMHO 1-2 Trillion can be trimmed from the present delivery cost of 3.65 Trillion
