Doc, I don't think Joe can do that legally. With the NGIO spin out in process, the upcoming dividend, the S1 filed and waiting for registration, Altucell closing on tap...I'm pretty sure he would be prohibited from buying a single share through the open market (it would likely be ok if he had a program that bought stock at regular intervals).

Remember, he's the one that could go to jail or face a huge fine if he does something wrong...not us. Let it play out and let's see where we are in 3 months.
