It's pretty cheap for a NASH product. We have seen milestone payments in the 800 to 900m range frequently for other drug s. Obviously after the initial payment they start testing on human. And they have a chance to drop and screw us at any time.
It would be good if there is a penalty for missing milestone timelines and for every month missed returning the results upon drop they get penalized.
We have seen companies taken over a year getting the latest result and getting screwed after dropped by BP.
So they have to draft this one really carefully.
A month ago or so, after the NASH billion dollars talk, I emailed NP about with examples of corps getting screwed. So that he is more aware of more corner cases.
It would you good for everyone sending real example to NP, as we don't want to get screwed and this is the least we can do.
