I’d like $100 million upfront, but I’m not holding my breath. There’s been a number of big NASH failures recently, especially over the last year, so I’m not sure if the $1 billion in milestone payments, including $100 million upfront, is doable at this point. Regardless, even an agreement that is 75% or 50% of the deal above would change the future of CYDY.

IMO, CYDY needs the cash to get cancer through phase 2 and possibly beyond. Any cash beyond that is just icing on the cake.

Oh, and maybe some cash for GvHD and the Mono trial as well!
