We have colleges here in the USA that even if you have money and top grades doesn't mean you will get in but let Professor Sir Bryan Thwaites, come over to the USA as I'm sure we can work something out.
People are and people and politic of Universities are worldwide, damn shame but so. Just take one bite at a time.
Now think just that story about the poor white Boys. Once stuff like that hits the public it tends to change but who knows time will time, follow up on the story in 6 months and see what policies may possibly change or a slight adjustment in the mouth of the college.
