Welcome to the board tconway! 2020 seems to be setup for a historic year for us longs!
I hope and expect some warrants to convert as you and others have noted to begin the LT capital gains clock. This is a smart decision and I will do the same if I can get the liquidity to do so as IMO a BO becomes much more likely if BTD for cancer is obtained. It would be a substantial BO price IMO if this is the case. Timing of such BO then becomes the critical question for these warrant holders. Does CYDY make it to 2021 before this or will they partner NASH and keep cancer....so no BO? Either way, I hope determining exit strategy, tax rates and when I can retire is the most difficult issues I have to worry about going forward with this CYDY investment.
