This is a significant action by Kyle and the board. There must be a purpose for the extension of shares in reserve.
I inquired about private placement purchasing and apparently Kyle is no longer taking private placement purchases. So the extra shares are not for that.
In addition, that means a significant slowing of dilution for now (not that I was ever concerned about that).
And on top of that anyone who wanted to purchase direct from the company via a private placement will now be directed to the open market to purchase shares.
Things are slowly changing for this company and for the better!
