Happy New Year to everyone and your families!

It has been a crazy few months but we are almost out of this...today is the last day for tax selling...so maybe the worst is behind us.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone here...thank you for providing your insights, knowledge, wisdom, analyses, and answer many of my questions. I am learning a lot!

One day when we look back at this and we will say...we made it and it sure was worth it!!!
