I am not sure that was a mistake. That Amendment could have been done on January 14, 2012 and not filed, thus keeping the GDSM shareholders in the dark so they could dump shares.

At least 3 people, Marc, the attorney and whoever typed the amendment all made the same mistake? I don't buy that BS.
