I've called in once, and that was last week. It took me 10 minutes on hold initially, but once I got someone on, he asked me 2 or 3 questions to verify my identity, then he took my order, verified it back to me, and then executed the order.

Management approval for a regular buy order isn't something I've ever experienced in my 20+ years involved with the markets.
