I just added a link to docj's article (I believe someone shared this last week before published to SA).
I'll defer to the more educated on BTD comments. This article was the first I've seen mono BTD mentioned, but without being educated on the qualifications, seems that mono HIV would have a chance simply based on it being the first monotherapy for HIV? The author has written a few articles involving CYDY (the first I recall was the NanoString one that proved accurate that they were in discussion from the RP lawsuit).
