I read this agreement a few times and missed this key line defining net amount.

I was under the impression that "net amount" was after the appropriate deductions made to the gross amount received. But it is acually the "gross amount received". This is a huge difference in SFOR's favor than I had originally understood.

The following license amount is just for arguements sake, I have no idea what CSI is getting per license.

So, if CSI receives $10 per license... SFOR receives $1.50(keystroke only) or $2.00 (keystroke & PID bundled)
