it is easy as far as it being a 'pristine'' entity.....it is a private entity, owned by nugenerex and nugenerex shareholders.....i don't know the exact figures for ownerships after the dividend that will be paid on the 3rd of jan, 2020....so joe stated that it will not have any hiccups....
