Copy ALL and tracking full benefits, but I don't believe all the delay was due to ACS or $SFOR, and mostly due to the ecosystem security powers to be and customers ready to ink the deals. We have finally crossed that bridge -- with Behemoths and Implementation - AWESOME!!!!

Also, I believe there's more in play here to include Alice 101 abstract idea being fixed in 2020 -- with end game being buyout -- would make the most sense, if possible, to package GID/MT/PID IP together for an awesome buyout of the Cyber Ecosystem ONLY Encrypted Out-of-Band Multi-Factor Authentication by end of 2020 or 2021. CSI/ACS purchase of the patents could be worked wout with the overall buyout price, they get their cut of GID/MT IP and we get ours plus all of PID IP. Just a swag opinion!

Come on Congress -- friggin legislate and get the Bipartisan Patent Reform Bill passed already - which fixes the Alice 101 Abstract Idea BS!

In the mean time will continue doing large deals, with Full Benefits, and REVs will rapidly increase in 2020 showing the Ecosystem the value of our IP! Although I think the Behemoth buyer already knows and just a matter of time.
