REPLY: I included 20% in the costs, if the discount is larger than this it will need to be adjusted accordingly (is a "napkin" calculation).
I do not think 20% would be enough since these costs would also have to cover cost of sales - salaries, commissions, travel, etc. Also, it may include marketing costs. If launch costs are $50M, CYDY may not see anything till this cost is covered.
A few general numbers for consideration: a pharmacy may take ~8% cut, wholesaler ~5%, PBM could be as high as 30%.
In addition, milestone payments most likely are back loaded since mono is where the "real" money will come from.
We need to wait till full contract disclosure to get clarity.
