My concern is that the DSS and First Data/Fiserv contracts only deal with keyboard encryption and doesn't include protectID and the patent asset sale contract states:
Following payment in full of the Promissory Note, as CSI will own the “GuardedID” and “MobileTrust” software...the Percentage Payment obligation will continue until September 30, 2020, and then be terminated
...the White Label Products which include the ProtectID software product, CSI shall pay to STI fifteen percent (15%) of one-half (1/2; i.e., 50.00%) of the CSI Net Amount Received
And the DSS and Fiserv deals don't include ProtectID. The way I'm reading this is that revenue that goes to SFOR for these contracts terminate on September 30, 2020.
