I would not worry abou that. It is very difficult to short OTC, and I know only IB offering it at all.
You would have to put 2.50$/share as a margin. That doesnt look pretty, if you can short a whole bunch of Nasdaq Bios in cash needs and no catalysts ahead, for a fraction of that margin.
