It would depend upon what stage of homeless and mental and physical death they are in. Some that have no problem with living as such while others are so beaten up from years of pain where as they can no longer even crawl or beg for food. It is the ability to separate these people and help some. Now crashing the border sorry you must go back. Our Immigration sucks and both parties are responsible for the mess but far too many are wanting in line as they promised so they are first regardless or the suffering on the streets.
