I wouldn't post it if it wasn't true. So yes, KK gives bonuses for FAILURE. Read the filings. In the same filings you will find settlements on debt owed on the notes in default. Here are some examples of bonuses. They were out what, less than 10 times last year?
In June of 2018, the Company agreed to issue 500,000 shares as a bonus to one of its archeological consultants.
