I guess it depends on your timeframe you’re asking about.....longer term definitely higher, within 30 days I would guess higher as long as the BLA is filed, in the next week or two, hard to tell. I’d guess it is a mental threshold (possibly technical resistance level also) and maybe some traders and profit takers once in 2020 (so they have an entire year to pay taxes on their profits), but I’m not playing this investment with a daily or weekly outlook. If it breaks solidly above and holds $1 before 2020, then maybe that becomes the new support level?
