I guess we’ll see in the 10K due just before April Fool’s Day. Usually there’s a settlement for TA services, and of course you got Christmas bonuses too. Dilution here does not always mean a capital raise.

Also, there’s been those settlements on notes in default where more shares were issued. Yet I could have sworn you said it was likely because folks were happy not to convert. So why the settlement?
