I hate to sound like a broken record... but unless the most intangible asset, goodwill, has been reclassified, I don’t think we meet the $2 uplisting requirement. Joe conspicuously has refused to confirm or deny if we fail that requirement, despite all of his other “we’ve checked this box” comments, so that seems to be confirmation by omission in my book.
