Brilliant Myth....gotta be UNVC and I do believe institutions/heavy hitters have been buying up RAD they know that cannabis is coming into RAD ie UNVC
Remember Dr Dalton has mentioned a few times “buying up the float” which could mean Merger/ RM etc etc and he has never worried about filings... if the latter is true he just has to have a certified float structure to present to the marriage. Another interesting note.. the higher the PPS for RAD the more bang for the buck for UNVC shareholders if it is something along the lines of a Merger
