Cytodynamite: Well your great in great position to say the least, I also gained similar percentage but I only invested 30K at the time. But being my value is lot less than yours I am maintaining course till at least the PDUFA date where I may take half off the table to lock in profits in case of a CRL. If I were in your shoes I would consider dropping half now and leave other Half since at that point your risk becomes zero and your still made 100K or so, thats just my two cents. But I really cant see much risk up to the first PDUFA date either, tough decision and wish you the best of luck on whatever you decide,
